DISCLAIMER: I am not a writer or critic, just an everyday mom who really loves baseball...especially when my kids are on the field!!!

My blog was created to track my children's special moments on the field and their experience(s) with their respective teams. It is written through a mother's eyes. The intent is solely for the purpose of reliving the game(s) during post season. From my experience, there will be some bad plays / unfortunate incidents, and these may be recorded in order to follow the game(s). There will also be times when I will have questions or doubts...but these are MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION(S).

I apologize in advance if I do, but I do not intend to criticize any player, or coach...I SIMPLY CALL IT AS I SEE IT!!!

I think I'll have to Clone my Son!

The REP team has 13 events (practice, training and actual games) scheduled for the month of May.  Yesterday, Aaron brought home the schedule for his High School's team, and there's 5 games scheduled for May.  That's a total of 18 afternoons dedicated to Baseball...and he doesn't have the Umpire's schedule as yet!

When 'friends' hear his busy schedule, I am often asked - isn't that too much for him at his age?  If he believes he can handle it, and school work is not suffering, why discourage him!  I am happy he keeps busy doing the things he loves and not getting into trouble.

Aaron knows that he has to eat right and rest if he wants to keep up with a busy schedule.  Lately he has been cutting out 'junk food' and sugary snacks, and cutting back on the time he spends with his friends online.

How do we keep up and stay sane?  Everyone...including the sister who highly dislikes baseball...pitches in!

Baseball Moms know that there's ALOT of planning ahead, organizing and sacrificing!
